FAQs for aftersales services

The Azimut Yacht Owner Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 24 months from the delivery date. In addition, Azimut provides a 5-year Master Warranty addressing structural hull defects that could affect seaworthiness and osmosis, provided all scheduled maintenance has been carried out in accordance with the Warranty and Services Booklet. Coverage does vary by system: while Azimut's standard warranty applies to the yacht's structure, materials, workmanship and factory-installed components, engines, marine gears and major onboard systems are covered separately under the respective terms of their original equipment manufacturers. As the official Azimut dealer in Greece, AZ Hellas supports owners throughout the warranty period by coordinating claims, liaising with Azimut and OEM suppliers, and working to resolve any covered issues as efficiently as possible.

No. The Azimut factory warranty does not extend to consumable items or components that are subject to normal wear and tear through routine use. This includes filters, drive belts, impellers, zinc anodes, batteries, light bulbs and other service components that require periodic replacement as part of the standard maintenance schedule. The warranty is designed to address defects in materials or workmanship, not the replacement of parts that naturally deteriorate over time. To keep the warranty valid and the yacht performing at its best, owners should follow the maintenance requirements set out in the Warranty and Services Booklet.

If you encounter a potential warranty issue while cruising, contact the nearest authorised Azimut service provider as soon as possible. Azimut's global dealer and service network is structured to support owners wherever they are, and authorised dealers are expected to assist Azimut yachts within their service area regardless of where the vessel was originally purchased.

Yes. Azimut's international service network allows warranty work to be carried out by authorised service providers and dealers outside your home region when necessary, which is particularly useful for owners who cruise extensively or keep their yacht in a different location from where it was purchased. It is important to note that warranty repairs must be performed by authorised Azimut service providers or approved OEM service centres, as work carried out by unauthorised parties may affect warranty coverage. All claims remain subject to Azimut's standard warranty procedures and approval requirements.
